All orders placed with Blue Moon Collective are processed with care. Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days, and a tracking number will be provided once your package is on its way.

Please note:

Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but not received.

In-Studio Pickup

We also offer free in-studio pickup at our Markdale location.
