Return Policy
At Blue Moon Collective, we curate and create objects with intention and care. Because many of our products are small-batch, handmade, or artist-designed, all product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds; however, store credit is available for product returns under the following conditions:

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Once the item is inspected and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the product.

Store credit can be used toward future products.
Workshops & Events
All workshop and event bookings are final sale. Due to limited spots and advance planning, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for missed or cancelled bookings, regardless of notice. You are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you can no longer attend.
